Applying Chemical Ideas (CH-12-04)

Why it matters: the capstone focus area — takes analytical techniques (mass spectrometry, NMR, IR, AAS) and applies them to real problems (identifying unknown organic structures, extracting metals, petroleum refining), pulling together content from across the whole two-year course.
