Acid–Base Reactions (CH-12-02)¶
Why it matters: applies the equilibrium framework from the previous focus area to one of chemistry's most practically important reaction types — pH calculations, titrations, and buffers here are as much a numeracy skill as a chemistry one, and come up constantly in industry and environmental contexts.
